Polestar has been muscled out of the US market

Federal regulators denied Polestar authorization under the Connected Vehicle Rule, which bans cars running software from China—and Geely-owned Polestar qualifies. It will sell existing stock, honor warranties, then exit for model year 2027, refocusing on Europe, where 80 percent of its sales already come from.
